At Noble Hardwoods, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping options, processing times, and important information regarding deliveries.
Shipping Methods & Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After placing an order, you will receive email updates with order status and tracking details.
Processing Time:
Orders are fulfilled within 3-4 weeks from the order date.
Custom or made-to-order items will be crafted within 3-4 weeks and shipped within 3 business days of completion.
Shipping Options:
UPS Shipping:
UPS Ground: Delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on location.
UPS Select: Expedited delivery within 3 business days, depending on location.
FedEx Freight Direct:(For larger orders or bulk deliveries)
Basic: Delivery to ground level (front or back door) or garage, no appointment needed (no signature required).
Basic by Appointment: Delivery to ground level or garage with an appointment (no signature required).
Standard: Delivery to the first ground-level room in a home or business with an appointment.
Premium: Includes two-person delivery, placement in the room of choice, and optional packaging removal (for homes or businesses, by appointment).
Additional Shipping Information
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been prepared for shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Hawaii & Alaska: We offer UPS Ground (3-5 business days) shipping to these locations. FedEx Freight services and express shipping are unavailable.
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Shipping to military addresses is not available at this time.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At Noble Hardwoods, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns under the guidelines below.
✔ Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:
Unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
✔ Custom orders are final sale – Due to the personalized nature of custom-engraved or made-to-order boards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
✔ Exchanges – If your item is eligible for return, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable – The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
Request a Return Authorization:
Contact us at noblehardwoodshq@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your return. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
Prepare Your Return:
Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
Shipping Your Return:
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred return shipping method and covering the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing the tracking number to noblehardwoodshq@gmail.com to ensure safe arrival.
Noble Hardwoods is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may differ.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at noblehardwoodshq@gmail.com within 30 days, and we will arrange for a replacement. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Noble Hardwoods.
Warranty Claims
If you experience an issue with your product after the 30-day return window but within our 1-year warranty period, please contact noblehardwoodshq@gmail.com for assistance with a warranty claim.
